This cart DOES NOT track or place a cookie in your computer. It will only
use the browser ID number to track the user. The Cookie setting is sometimes used by other cart systems.
Also, depending on the browser type, this might cause our cart
to not track your browser ID correctly.
1) While our system will track your browser, the IP setting might be an issue. Many dialup services force you to use
a single IP address when accessing an SSL enabled web page which
may be different then the IP number allowed on the basket. If the items placed in the cart were a non-SSL postings,
the merchant will need to update thier pages.
2) Place a new item in your basket.
